Ultimate Reset: Day 13
Day 13: Craving cereal and still missing coffee.
Okay, this has been a roller coaster for sure. Yesterday I was cranky and frustrated. Today I felt energized and bubbly.
I went to Target and the grocery store this afternoon and didn't plan properly. I brought my Power Greens with me, but I didn't have my afternoon snack (my Vegan Shakeology) until I got home (and by that point it was 5 PM) so I was pretty hungry and had a slight headache.
I think that's why I was so tempted by that darn Peanut Butter Puffins cereal at the store! But don't worry, I stayed strong and kept walking by that box of cereal without touching it!
Today's menu:
First thing: 24 oz water with Mineralize and Optimize supplements
30 minutes later: Breakfast - Fresh fruit plate (3 cups of fruit!)
{{I skipped the oatmeal because I was still pretty full this morning from last night's dinner. And my boobs were leaking everywhere last night, so I didn't think I needed the oats and flax! tmi?!}}
2 hours later: Mineralize and Optimize supplements
30 minutes later: Lunch - Microgreen salad & quinoa
2 hours later: Power Greens powder with water
30 minutes later: Snack - Vegan Chocolate Shakeology + banana + peanut butter
Of course London demanded some!
2 hours later: Mineralize, Optimize, Soothe supplements
30 minutes later: Dinner -Acorn squash with miso tahini filling & broccoli
{Okay, this did NOT turn out like the picture! LOL! Can you say Ultimate Reset FAIL! Haha! BUT it was pretty delicious once we scraped off the burnt parts! And I only ate one of these quarters because it was SO filling!}
I'm feeling great, but definitely looking forward to being done! ;)
