Ultimate Reset: Day 14

Funny story: This morning I got London and I ready for our weekly music class, rushed to the garage, then spent 35 minutes searching the house for my keys! I called Sean to see if he knew where they were and he came to the realization that they were on his car. He must have drove away with them sitting on his trunk. 

So I put London in her stroller and walked all through our neighborhood trying to find them. I had a breakdown and started to cry because I was so upset London was missing her music class! Sean left work, drove around, and found my keys! Unfortunately, we had already missed the class and someone had run over the keys. 

Needless to say, the day didn't start as planned! But despite that event and those tears, the rest of the day went well! 

We went for a long walk, did food prepping for the weekend, and made major gains on our piles of laundry! Our energy levels are legit! I lost a half pound and Sean lost another 2! 

PLUS my new VEGAN Shakeology flavors arrived!!! You guys, this is huge! Vanilla is my all-time favorite and it was super hard for me to give it up for this Reset (because the Ultimate Reset requires the Vegan Shakeo). But now I get to have my Vanilla! Yay! 


Onto Phase 3
It's the last day of Phase 2! This means two things:
1. No more Detox supplement for Sean (I'm not taking this supplement because I'm breastfeeding)
2. No more grains (and we already eliminated animal proteins last week)

This final week is ALL fruits and veggies...and I'm kinda scared. I'm going to pay close attention to my milk supply and if I feel like it's dipping, I'm going to have oatmeal with flax seeds. 

Here's what I ate today:

First thing: 24 oz water with Mineralize and Optimize supplements
30 minutes later: Breakfast - Fresh fruit plate (3 cups of fruit!) and 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal with flax seeds, pure maple syrup, and cinnamon.
{{I woke up feeling hungrier today and knew that it was the last day I could have oatmeal (according to the Ultimate Reset plan), so I had a small serving even though it wasn't on the meal plan!!}}

 


2 hours later: Mineralize and Optimize supplements
30 minutes later: Lunch - Microgreen salad & Coconut Squash Soup
{{You know that squash I made last night, with the burnt tahini filling? Well it actually makes a really delicious soup when combined with coconut milk and water.}}

 

2 hours later: Power Greens powder with water

30 minutes later: Snack - Vegan VANILLA Shakeology + banana + peanut butter
This flavor was JUST released n Monday! It's a winner for sure! 

 

2 hours later: Mineralize, Optimize, Soothe supplements
30 minutes later: Dinner -Edamame & Corn Succotash with Lemon Kale
{This dinner was delish! Maybe my palate is changing, but I actually enjoyed the kale! What is happening to me?! I was still hungry after dinner so I had a little watermelon (definitely not on the plan), but I listened to my body and knew I needed it.}

 


I fell asleep like 3 times while writing this, so I need to publish and go to bed!
