Chocolate Shakeology Pancakes

 

I'm a firm believer in chocolate for breakfast!

And when that chocolate also contains a day's worth of vitamins and is the equivalent of 5 salads, I'm ALL for it! Let me introduce you to my family's favorite breakfast: Chocolate Shakeology Pancakes! They kinda taste like chocolate brownies, so yeah, they're delish. Plus they contain all the good stuff unlike traditional pancakes that are just meaningless carbs (NOT that I have anything against carbs). But these contain over 70 superfoods, prebiotics, probiotics, and digestive enzymes! So they aren't only yummy in your tummy, they help your hair, skin, nails, energy, and digestion too. Now THAT is the breakfast of champions!

Chocolate Shakeology Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 4 TB Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
  • Strawberries (optional)
  • Peanut butter (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour into skillet over low heat, flip when bubbles appear.
  3. Top with strawberries and/or peanut butter!
  4. Enjoy!
