I literally have NO shame in saying that! I’m a foodie at heart and I LIVE to EAT! So this week’s workouts are all about prepping for the FEAST that’s about to go down tomorrow!💪🏼

I’m staying with family this week, but I’m still getting my workouts DONE because I WILL be having ALL the food tomorrow (in moderation of course)! 😉

Thanks to my “Netflix of workouts” library, I can stream any workout, at any time, from any place! 💻 I pushed the coffee table out of the way and did this total body circuit! And now my entire body is jello and shaking!

I have a new virtual fit club starting on Monday and I’m looking for the ladies who want to Slay the Holidays with me! 👯‍♀️

And by #SlayTheHolidays, I mean still ENJOY the holiday foods, but have CONTROL and NOT feel like a busted can of biscuits or Mrs. Clause every morning! 🙈
