Crispy Mongolian Beef
One of our go to restaurants is PF Changs! We have one nearby and their food is always really good, especially their Mongolian Beef! They make it crispy and pack a ton of flavor into the sauce. However, eating out all the time is hard on the wallet so I wanted to try and recreate the dish at home!
The cornstarch, which can be substituted for rice flower or arrowroot, helps give the beef its crispiness while still be lathered in sauce. Also, don’t skimp on the green onions, they help tie together the flavors and give it some color!
This recipe is simple and quick to prepare for a hungry family! 😉
Enjoy!
