It’s a perfect combination of cardio, strength training, yoga, ballet, martial arts, barre, and pilates along with a simple nutrition plan that’s easy to follow and teach others how to use!
But you won't just get this one workout program, you will actually get a year's access to our entire Beachbody On Demand library with thousands of different workouts you will stream from anywhere (it's like the Netflix of workouts)! So you will never have to do the same program twice if you don't want to!

Let’s talk Morning Meltdown 100
Ever picture yourself doing a "lightning bolt" or "badass jump?" Nah, me either! But DANG does it feel good to say I can do them now!!!
Yep! It's here!!! I've been doing Morning Meltdown 100 for the past 3 months as part of the exclusive coach test group and trust me when I say you are going to freaking LOVE it!
And you'll feel like a total badass too...here are some of the workout names:

One day you're doing ballerina jumps and the next day you’re wielding pretend swords like Mulan. Then you're doing warrior jumps followed by butterfly bridges! The whole program is comprised of the MOST creative and effective moves that keep you excited because you never get bored!
Scared? Don't be! There's a modifier AND a modifier to the modifier! Can I get a woop woop?! So this program is perfect for ANY fitness level! Need to scale it waaaay down, you're covered! Need to amp it up, we gotcha girl!
I started it at 10 weeks postpartum and it wasn't pretty! But 100 days later, I'm so much stronger! So if I can do it, so can you!

It's 100 days of 100 DIFFERENT workouts...yep a different workout every.single.day! Hallelujah!
The workouts are 20-30 minutes...so you're in and out and on with your day
There are built-in recovery days with lots of stretching that feel oh so good (not gonna lie, these are my favorite days!)
Jericho (the trainer) is my girl crush. She's sweet but fierce. And her hair is major #goals.
The exercises are literally so fun! You're not doing boring squats and lunges. Every move either makes you feel like a ballerina or a badass martial arts master ready to kick some butt!

Jericho McMatthews holds multiple personal training certifications, including National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the American Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. She’s also the cocreator of Core de Force. Prior to collaborating with Beachbody, Jericho spent 8 years traveling the globe training LES MILLS™ instructors at some of the world’s biggest fitness events. AND she's a mama!

Nutrition Guide: To burn through 100 workouts and melt off layers of fat, you’re going to need the proper fuel from an eating plan that gives you healthy, delicious, filling foods that help you get results. Love food, don't worry- you'll get to eat a lot of it! No deprivation here!
Wall Calendar: I mean seriously...is there anything more satisfying than crossing something off once you've completed it?!
PRIVATE GROUPS FOR SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY
As always, I will be hosting a virtual fit club (or an online accountability group) to motivate and support all the women who join me! We'll create a little community and cheer each other on. It's just amazing and so effective!
The groups are done in a private app, which allows you to log your workout and superfood shake each day, upload your progress photos, and track your measurements. So everything is done in one place and I can see what you are logging and keep you accountable and on track!
I post every day (a fitness tip, wellness tip, recipes, motivation, etc.) and a daily "assignment" (ex. set a goal for the week, share a success, etc.). So in addition to the fitness component, we dig deep and work on the emotional aspects of the transformation too. We all support each other and cheer one another on, so there's a great community and friendship aspect as well! And you will add YOUR clients to my groups until you are ready to run your own!
DO I REALLY NEED SHAKEOLOGY or those other things?
Shakeology is required but the other supplements are optional, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I used ALL of them while participating in the test group (while breastfeeding- yes they are safe!) If you want the best results, go ALL IN!
Keep in mind that the transformations above didn't come from just doing half the program. ALL of those people committed to the whole shebang and that's what I'm recommending because I want YOU to get the best results!

Plus the chocolate tastes like a Wendy's Frosty and the orange tastes like a Creamsicle and is freaking delicious! I made the mistake of NOT drinking it after leg day one week and literally couldn't walk for a few days! My booty has never been so sore!
>>>POWER GREENS is made from cucumber, kale, celery, matcha, spinach, and chlorella (a form of algae) {YUM! lol}. Each serving has the equivalent to one cup of green veggies — with no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. I really struggle to get all my veggies in, so this is a great way to sneak more in without having to chomp them down! I add a scoop to my Shakeology and can't even taste it! I mean it does give it a slightly earthy flavor, but it doesn't change the whole flavor profile and make you gag! I use this EVERY day and it's part of the "Jericho pack" below because she loves it too! And I'm like: I'll take whatever Jericho's having if it gives me that hair!
