Here's what I ate each day the last time I did this:

Day 1:

Breakfast:

  • 32 oz of water upon waking

  • Vegan Strawberry Shakeology + water + ice (blended)

  • 1/2 banana

Mid-Morning:

  • Fiber Sweep (mixed with water)

Lunch:

  • Cucumbers

  • Guacamole

  • Apple

  • Vanilla Fresh Shake + water + fresh mint + fresh lime juice + ice (tastes like a mojito)

Mid-Afternoon:

  • Celery

  • Hummus

Dinner:

  • Vanilla Fresh Shake + water + fresh mint + fresh lime juice + ice (blended)

  • Lemony green beans

  • Vegetable broth with fresh herbs

Herbal tea and one gallon of water throughout the day.

Day 2:

Breakfast:

Day 3:

  • Vegan Chocolate Shakeology + water + ice (blended)

  • 1/2 banana

Mid-Morning:

  • Fiber Sweep (mixed with water)

Lunch:

  • Snap Peas

  • Guacamole

  • Grapes

  • Vanilla Fresh Shake + water + fresh mint + fresh lime juice + ice

Mid-Afternoon:

  • Celery

  • Hummus

Dinner:

  • Vanilla Fresh Shake + water + fresh mint + fresh lime juice + ice

  • Cucumber and Tomato Salad (with fresh basil, parsley, red onion, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil)

  • Vegetable broth with fresh herbs
