I’m so happy I made you laugh yesterday with our workout bloopers! 😂

And even though I took a medicine ball to the face and hit the ground like a ton of bricks 🙈, we did have some cute moments as a family!

I am such a happier wife now that I take care of myself each day…and I’m even happier now that my husband has joined me on this healthy lifestyle adventure!

So if you’re looking for some easy exercises to do with your fam bam, here ya go!

DON’T use a medicine ball! We switched to a half-deflated rubber ball after my injury and that worked out MUCH better! 😂😂😂
