Now for the FOOD! Here's my meal plan for the week! I wanted to put it in a pretty image for you, but ain't nobody got time for that! 

Breakfast Options:
Vanilla Shakeology, Spinach, Peanut Butter, Banana, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Water
OR
2 Eggs cooked in Coconut Oil and Tumeric, Oatmeal with Berries and Cinnamon

AM Snack Options:
Vanilla Shakeology, Spinach, Peanut Butter, Banana, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Water
OR
Siggi's Yogurt, Banana, Almonds, Oats

Lunch Options:
Power Greens, Chicken, Quinoa, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Feta, White Balsamic Vinaigrette
OR
Leftovers

PM Snack Options:
Carrots, Hummus
OR
Apple, Almonds

Dinners:
Pesto Chicken, Peppers, Quinoa Pasta
Chicken Parmesan, Zucchini Noodles
Pork Florentine, Spinach, Quinoa Pasta
Asian Chicken Meatballs, Brown Rice, Broccoli
Greek Lemon Chicken Soup with Rice
Garlic Lemon Chicken, Green Beans, Potatoes

Dessert:
WINE! ;) 

I did some meal prepping on Sunday so my lunches and snacks can easily be thrown together! Here's my cooked chicken and quinoa for my salads. 

 

Mindset

I've got big goals for 2017, so it's time to slay.

Movement

I'm starting week 4 of Insanity Max:30 and making huge gains! I HATE cardio but I LOVE the way my thighs look and feel! So I'm going to keep pushing hard!
