Define your secret sauce
What is your differentiator? What is your philosophy? Do some competitor research to find what other experts in your industry are teaching and identify how you are different.
Identify your Ideal Client Avatar
Know who you are speaking to. What is her age, marital status, job, income, spending habits, pains, desire?
Conduct & Analyze Market Research
Use Instagram story polls and a Google Survey to collect data on your audience’s needs and wants. Go through and identify trends, themes, and key words or phrases that were used repeatedly. This data will be what you use to create all content from here on out.
Create content calendar based on sales goals & market research
Identify your key launch dates and then go through your market research and ICA to determine what content you need to create to provide value, give them quick wins, establish yourself as a credible authority, address objections/hesitations, and get them to buy from you or join you!
Compose content that speaks to your ICA
Storytelling - Make a list of the stories you have that relate to your ICA. Paint the picture of what life was like, what you did to change it, and now what it’s like on the other side. This builds trust, lets your ideal client know that you’ve experienced what they are going through, and you can guide them through it.
Value (include your philosophy) - Provide free tips, tricks, tutorials, and mini-lessons to help your ICA through her problem. Make it a no-brainer for her to buy from you because she will have learned or gained so much from you for free.
