Dumplingless Dumplings aka Asian Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground chicken, turkey, or pork
- 2 inch piece of ginger, chopped or grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 scallions, finely chopped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
- Roll into 12 balls and place on a baking tray lightly greased with coconut oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with quinoa, steamed broccoli, and my 5 Spice Sauce.
