Dumplingless Dumplings aka Asian Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground chicken, turkey, or pork
  • 2 inch piece of ginger, chopped or grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 scallions, finely chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Roll into 12 balls and place on a baking tray lightly greased with coconut oil.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve with quinoa, steamed broccoli, and my 5 Spice Sauce.
